A "Fool and of the World and the Flying Ship" movie?

I was recently reading this book and I wonder if there should be a movie on this. I was thinking that maybe this movie should be animated in 2D animation, since I think that 3D animation might not fit the old fashioned style of this story. Then, I would like the movie to talk more about the relationship between the Tsar and his daughter, the princess and also talk more about the superhumans who joined the Fool. What do you think should be in "The Fool of the World and the Flying Ship" movie?
