After this week I promise to post more and be more active. It's Booktubeathon and I need to get back to reading and filming

It's a week of reading. Where you read books off your tbr according to the challenges. If your a booktuber (or just want 2 do the videos) there's also video challenges. Like yesterday it was recreate a scene from Twilight.

Angela, that 24 hour read a thon is an idea from my book club I a moderator. You are lifting ideas from my book club and that is not acceptable behaviour according to ethics and per GoodReads. I would appreciate the courtesy if you refrain from doing this.

I'm not taking it out on you and I'm sorry you feel that way. Goodreads deals with authors and writers and copying and taking ideas from others is detrimental considering this is a bookclub. you have taken ideas from my bookclub to two different bookclubs you belong to. I am asking nicely to please refrain that is all. We put work into my bookclub we try to make it attractive to draw in readers and if someone comes by and starts using your ideas and concepts that isn't cool. how would you feel if someone did that to your bookclub. It is just commong courtesy. I don't feel like i'm yelling at you or using inappropriate language Angela. All i'm doing is standing up for what i feel is wrong that is all.

That is sad that you see others do it maybe if all of us moderators said something and abide by ethical conduct it wouldn't be so prevalent or acceptable.

There is a big moderator group that i joined months ago to help me be a better moderator for my own bookclub. You should join it has lots of ideas to how to manage your club, how to elicit more participation with non active members, etc. And if you have questions as a moderator they offer very good advice. And if there are issues or things that you are unsure how to handle something they have awewsome advice.
