The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer

I read the Unbecoming of Mara Dyer is the first book in the Trilogy by Michelle Hodkin. I have also read the second book and thought this book gave great detail that you needed for the second book. This book should be classified as a psychological thriller or sci-fi drama. The romance and mystery went great together. If you only want a book with romance this book is not likely to intrigue you much. Mara wakes up in a mental institution with her boyfriend watching over her. He tells her that her stalker is on the loose and is looking for her. I really can’t say much more for I fear I will ruin the book. I know this is on the bestsellers list and for great reason. I can’t wait to read the final book in the series.

I'm glad the 3rd book hasn't come out yet! I still haven't gotten around to reading the second one! I love love loved the first one! But I have a ton of books to read and review, so they're my priorities.

Is the second one as good as the first? No spoilers please:(

I personally thought the first one was better. I think that goes for most books though because you don't know anything when you first read and you slowly get to see the characters and their trials and tribulations. The second book just goes more in-depth with the stories
