I'm only 12% in but after talking to Shannon about Butch, she told me I had to come here.

We have an employee who is icky, creepy, sex offender, fresh out of jail (star employee !!) and his name is Butch! I have to try very, very hard to not have a mental picture of him pop up whenever I read about Butch. He looks like Irene's Butch, without the piercings and tats, add some moles to his face and make him 5'5"!

I keep getting hung up on the terms but Shannon kindly directed me to the glossary. It all makes so much more sense now :)
