need to upload new book cover

Both done. Even if the images are available on Amazon, it helps to provide links to the GR listings. Makes it easier for librarians to find things for you. :)

As for merging profiles, first you need to claim your author profile:

Correction: The process of approving access to her author page will combine the author and user pages. That's NOT what that thread is for. That thread is for merging two existing author pages when one has been claimed.

Covers must be sourced from an author site, a publisher site, WorldCat, or Amazon. Google and the various sites that search is bringing up are NOT acceptable sources of covers.

Adding ACE for you now Sarah, once combined follow the instructions in message #4 HERE to make that edition Primary. Only authors can do that, but we can give some guidance if you get lost!

Firstly, GR policy is to keep all covers, so instead we add an alternative-cover edition (ACE). Please see here and here for more information.

Both ACEs have now been added and can be found below:

To set one of these as the default edition, you need to follow the instructions here.

Asin should be on kindle format rather than on an ebook format.
