I loved this! It's NOT chick lit (personally, I do enjoy chick lit, but I know that quite a few avoid it.) I can recommend this, very well written.

I loved this too - and you all know my taste is usually much darker than Karen's. There's a lot to think about in this book, and the young girl is a lovely character. Stroppy, angst-ridden - but enough about me! We've all felt like she does, but she grows as we read.
