An Unbroken Promise"I remember that place", Percy said, "I went there a few years ago but I thought she said there was no way anyone could go back. Otherwise I would have come back to save her a few years ago".
Leo placed the crystal on Odysseus' machine.
"She told me the same thing too but she hasn't met my little friend". Leo screwed on the crystal and the machine buzzed to life. The ship vibrated to life and began to slowly move forward in the open sea.
"It worked!", Leo cried out, "It actually worked thank the gods Odyess was a freaking genius!" He grinned happily as he watched the ship move faster towards its destination.
"I'm coming back for you, Calypso", he whispered to the wind, "you won't have to have your heartbroken ever again".

The ship moved automatically for the last ten hours and Leo was still wide awake lying down on the deck of the Argo II. He gazed at the stars and as he counted down the minutes ti'll he would arrive in Ogygia again. He couldn't wait to see Calypso again. It was only a few weeks ago that he was on the island but it already felt like an eternity had passed to Leo. It's funny how one angry snow goddess could change the lives of two people, he should send Kione a thank you card. He wished he could have saved Calypso from her curse weeks ago. It was the first thing he wanted to do as soon as the magic lifeboat brought him back to his ship. For the past few weeks he had spent all his free time holding Odysseus' machine and the crystal in his hands, considering whether or not it was the best time to return to Ogygia. But he knew he had to save the world first. It's a bummer the world couldn't have waited. However, the Earth was asleep again and now there was only one line in the Prophecy of the Seven that still needed to be fulfilled. Suddenly the ship came to a stop. Leo stood up and rush to the side of the deck. He grinned at the sight of the island. It was just as he had left it, thankfully not destroyed by a scary Mother Earth. The rest of the Seven gathered around the deck.
"Wow, Ogygia hasn't changed a bit has it?", Percy asked standing next to Leo. Leo nodded.He had decided to forgive Percy, for being one of the jerks who broke Calypso's heart, but he doubt Calypso would want to see him at the moment.
"I thinks it's best if I go search for Calypso, she only knows me and Percy at the moment and I'm pretty sure she wouldn't hesitate to kill Percy", Leo said.
"What makes you think she would want to see you, after all you did leave her too?", Annabeth asked.
"I'm special when I first came here I had no girlfriend unlike the rest of the guys the gods sent to her", Leo answered and he started toward the door.
"I still can't believe you found a girl that could deal with craziness", Jason told him smiling.
"Yeah, just wait ti'll you see her she's way prettier than Piper", Leo said and he began to turn the crank to open the door.
"Hey!!!", Piper said sounding annoyed but she laughed and wished Leo good luck.
When the drawbridge was finally down, Leo ran off the ship and started off towards Calypso's cave but turns out he didn't have too. Calypso came out of the jungle a few feet from where Leo was about to go in it, still as beautiful as ever. She was just going to yell at whoever parked a huge warship on her beach when she saw Leo.
Leo stopped and they stared at each other. Calypso walked over to him slowly, doubting he was actually back on the island. Leo grinned and walked over to her and when they were close enough he whispered "an oath to keep with a final breath". The two embraced each other and Calypso started to cry tears of joy as she gave Leo a kiss.
"You came back", she exclaimed, "you actually came back".
"Of course", Leo said glad she missed him as much as he missed her, "your my only employee for Leo and Calypso's Auto Repair. None of my friends are nearly as good at cooking and assisting me as you.".
Calypso punched playfully in the arm and joked, "who said I was the assistant I thought I would be the manager after all this Calypso and Leo's Auto Repair shop idea is going to take a lot of brains".
Leo laughed and took her hand, "Fine, whatever you say boss. You ready to see the rest of our sucky world again. I promise it isn't as bad now that humans invented technology and desserts".
Calypso frowned and looked at the jungle avoiding Leo's gaze, "what if I still can't leave? And even if I do this was my home for the last thousand years".
Leo gave her another kiss and replied,"you never know. You might always be able to come back but there is a whole world out there that hasn't seen you for the last thousand years. I know the rest of the world isn't as beautiful as Ogygia but there is some stuff out there that are pretty darn cool that you can only experience in new places. Think of it as a very long vacation away from home and I'm your handsome, funny tour guide".
"We'll if you put it that way...where too first?"
Leo grinned and began to lead her back to the ship,"we'll first we have to get back to the Argo II and then our vacation begins".
"Ah yes your flying dragon ship. I assume Percy is there too". Calypso looked down trying not to cry.
Leo stopped and faced her. He took her gently lifted her chin up to face him, "hey, Percy may not have loved you as much as you loved him but I'm here now, and just think about how much fun we'll have traveling the world in a one of a kind war ship".
She laughed, a musical sound that Leo had never heard before. The two held hands and walked back to the ship.

Leo locked up the door of the ship and began to introduce Calypso to his friends.
"Guys meet my non imaginary girlfriend Calypso", Leo began, "and Calypso this is Annabeth, Hazel, Frank, Piper, Jason, and of course you met Percy already".
Calypso glared at Percy and everyone glanced at the two waiting for Calypso to punch him or turn him into a gerbil. Finally, Percy looked at Calypso. "I'm so sorry I left you on the island.", Percy began, "I had to finish my quest and..."
But Calypso stopped him before he could finish, "It's okay, Percy. I forgive you."
Everyone immediately began to relax and started filling Calypso in on everything she had missed in the outside world. Leo couldn't help grinning to himself as he went back to the controls to set a course towards Camp Half-Blood. The ship began to lurch forward again. Slowly, Ogygia was out of site but Leo hoped it hadn't sunk into the ocean or disappeared because despite that place having been a prison it was still pretty cool. An hour later, Calypso left the deck joined Leo in the control room and she stared at him in wonder, "I can't believe you managed to make it back and get me off the island without causing a typhoon. How on Olympus did you do it?"
"We'll I found this invention that Odysseus created but I had no idea what it did until I came to Ogygia", Leo began to explain, "That's why I asked for a crystal from your cave last time because I figured Odysseus was missing that part of his contraption that was causing it not to work. Luckily, he wasn't the one that rescued you though because otherwise I would never have gotten a girlfriend".
"True", Calypso said sarcastically, "and if Odysseus had rescued me I would never have had such an annoying boyfriend"
Leo laughed, "come on admit it you totally missed me".
Calypso looked amused and confessed, "fine I completely missed you and all the hammering, I swear the noises have left me and the birds partially deaf for life".
"Oh no, not the birds"
Calypso laughed and gave Leo another hug, "Thank you for freeing me from the island. I can't wait to see the rest of the world again. Your friends have told me a lot has changed".
"I know I can't wait to make you try pizza and ice cream and show you all my favorite tv shows and movies. Your just going to love how it is right now, as long as we don't meet anymore angry earth or snow goddesses", Leo said excitedly.
"And don't forget our auto repair shop after all, your my only employee"
"That can always wait. We still have years to build that shop in any location you want thanks to Festus here. First, we've got to go back to Camp Half-Blood. I know this great spot near the strawberry field where you can plant your own garden."
Calypso sighed, "I wish I had brought some moonlace. Maybe I can borrow some seeds from the one I gave Percy".
"There are still plenty of flowers you can grow. I'll take you to Home Depot if you want".
Calypso groaned "I have a lot to learn"
"You really do but don't worry I'll be here to show you the ropes"
"Thanks Leo", Calypso said, "you know for the most unattractive hero I've had visit my island, you are by far the best".
"Ignoring most of that statement, I think that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me"
"I guess you've grown on me after all", she said. The two shared another kiss before heading back to the deck to join their friends. Maybe there is some hope for the future after all.
