Chapters 10-13
(view spoiler)[The Quidditch matches are quite fun to read about. I like that the book included the match against Hufflepuff as well as the match against Slytherin. It was interesting that Snape was the referee for the Hufflepuff match and that it was only five minutes long. The other match was significantly longer, but involved a curse and an interesting way of catching the Snitch--Harry caught it in his mouth, which always makes me laugh. (hide spoiler)]
(view spoiler)[I also really like Christmas morning/day. It was nice that Harry got a lot of presents, too. I especially liked his Weasley sweater. The crackers were interesting. I like that Harry got a chess set of his own. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The dragon, Norbert, is hatched. He was quite a nightmare, biting Ron and Hagrid, and setting things on fire. I was just as glad as the trio when Charlie's friends took him, Norbert, away. (hide spoiler)]
(view spoiler)[I forget a lot of what happened in the Forbidden Forest. Like that there were three centaures involved. Firenze is the one I remember, but I forget Bane and Ronan, probably because I don't like them as much as Firenze. (hide spoiler)]

The Weasley came for Harry and it was nice seeing Mr Weasley defend Harry. Fred and George are kind of my heroes for their prank against Dudley. I don't like Cedric's father, insisting that his son is the best. Now it's Quidditch time (hide spoiler)]

I definitely didn't expect Harry's name to be kicked out of the Goblet. Did someone do it will ill intentions? I'm sure Harry will blow it out of the water anyway - the dark ones always underestimate him ;) Hagrid showing Harry the dragons was intense, but at least now he can brainstorm a little (even if it is cheating...). (view spoiler)[ Go Harry!! lol So this ball - I'm sad that Harry didn't take initiative and ask Cho sooner, but it seems as though her and Cedric are still pretty friendly even after the celebration. Though I am quite upset with Harry and Ron for basically ignoring their dates the whole time! And Hermione - WTF?! haha I was so surprised to think of her showing up with Krum. But at the same time maybe he's much different than one would think of a famous athlete? There are so many weird things going on and I'm getting very suspicious of Bagman, Crouch and Karkaroff - and of course one is always suspicious of Snape!! (hide spoiler)]

chapter 7-12 (view spoiler)[I love Quidditch !! it would be so much fun if it was a rea sport ! The veela seemed pretty crazy tough and they don't like to lose. I don't know if it was ever mentioned in one of the book but I was wondering about something. If each country has a ministry of magic (Bulgaria had one at the Quidditch World Cup), it means that Cornelius Fudge isn't the "highest authority" in the country.

So is the Queen Elizabeth also recognized by the magic world or is she a muggles and doesn't know anything ? I feel like the Queen would know about the magic universe, right ? She might even have powers 🤔

Everybody hates Harry so more jealousy on their part. No one realizes that he could die and that he isn't suicidal ?!? Anyway Rita Skeeter and her quill are getting on my nerves too. Chapter 20-23 (view spoiler)[I feel like I was as tensed as Harry for the first task. Dragons ? Seriously ? He made quite an impression and finally got back to talking with Ron.

And Dobby is back ! And he is happy and getting paid. I'm a little sad for Winky tough, she really is depressed.

About the ball, Ron and Harry have a point : giggling shouldn't be allowed. Poor guys had to brave the lot. They have my sympathy. And Hermione will at least be able to say that she went to the ball with THE Viktor Krum. (hide spoiler)]

Rita Skeeter is becoming a real problem but at the same time I would want Hermione to be my enemy. I'm wondering what Mr Crouch wanted to say to Dumbledore and what he meant about his mistakes. Finished, chapter 30-37 (view spoiler)[Well I don't really know how to feel about everything that happened in the last chapters.

I knew it was weird that Harry faced so little obstacles when he started the maze. I was so tensed wondering what would jump in front of him. I wanted to scream at him and Cedric so they wouldn't take the trophy but characters never listen to readers.

And now Voldemort is back, if only Fudge would listen. I'm angry that he'd rather think Harry is crazy after everything. I admit my eyes were full of tears when Harry's parents and Cedric appeared. I didn't really like Cedric but was it really necessary to kill him, seriously ?!

On the positive side Rita Skeeter got what was coming her way hihihi, well done Hermione. I was so glad when she explained her discovery to Harry and Ron. Blackmail is so fun like that. (hide spoiler)]

I had a great time reading HP4, didn't think I would feel so many emotions, after all this years, even if I knew what was coming.

(view spoiler)[ can I start by saying how much I despise Rita Skeeter! haha I can’t help with think that Mallory has something to do with the inside information she is getting... the idea of the 3rd task is super intriguing. Something that really tests them - not that the other 2 tasks weren’t very testing as well! I love that 2 of the Weasleys are there to support Harry. If you ask me they’re definitely more Harry’s family than the Dursleys. I was very surprised with how little Harry endured inside the maze though. Seemed to be pretty simple stuff - is that really all there was to it? I like that him and Cedric have been working together and then chose to grab the cup together as well. Super curious what this will lead to! (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ I knew that reaching the end of the maze wasn't the end of it! It was just too easy.... I was definitely caught off guard with Moody - or who we believed to be Moody I should say. There is so much going on with Voldemort I am a little scared for everybody to be honest. I don't know what road Cornelius is going to take, but I do know that Dumbledore will do whatever needs to be done. I am curious to see how things go for Harry with the Dursleys and applaud Harry for what he decided to do with his winnings. I love that he threw in new dress robes for Ron ;) (hide spoiler)]

Once everyone got back to Hogwarts I really got into this book more. I understand the importance of what happened at the World Cup, but that was harder for me to get through. So much happened in this book I can't wait to move on and also to watch the movie (after I finish a book we watch the movie ;) )

I always wondered if Lucious Malfoy got in trouble for giving out the diary so freely to a 11 year old. I mean, it's not the safest place in the world to keep something so unic and important.
