ok, I am about 6 chapters in, as an adult I will say that this is a very very easy read. Hagrid I like, and the Dundleys are hideous people!!

Awww, this book is a bit juvenile for me but still very good and creative. I find myself smiling quite a bit when reading it.

Yay, this book is fun, I am a bit upset it took me this long to read it!

I will admit when I am wrong, this was a really really good book!!! Even at 30 I was excited and rooting for harry!

I like how him hearing what the snake said is a precursor to the next book.

I was getting so emotional and teary eyed when Hagrid was talking Harry's parents. I guess I know the story too well and Harry's hardships get to me. (hide spoiler)]

A bit of spoilers but indirectly for people who have never read or watched Harry Potter.

(view spoiler)[ I love how proud Hagrid is especially when he says that Dumbledore knows he can trust him. Hagrid has a good heart. Is Hagrid Gryffindor? I don't remember them mentioning it before. Huh...

At least Fudge asks for help. But then he goes and does a stupid thing later on. Idiot.

The clothes have name tags? That's a bit ridiculous. Hopefully that was just a first day thing.

I wish J.K. Rowling would write all the textbooks up so I can read them. I don't care if it's not real! I want them...

I forget what happens to Dedalus Diggle. Does he goes against Harry later on? I'm sure his name comes up later on.

Now that I think about it.... How did Dumbledore not know what Quirrel was hiding? He's supposed to be the best wizard. Dumbledore is such a bastard.

I can't believe they laughed at him. Honestly, their son had to get surgery from something a wizard did. I would be perpetually worried. And obviously the station had something to do with magic. No imagination.

I'm surprised Percy was ever in Gryffindor.
