SOLVED. Science Fiction short story about post-apocalyptic doll games [s]

This short story was a part of a collection I think. It was definitely within the last 60 years. It's about different post-apocalyptic communities playing games against each other by simulating pre-apocalypse domestic life. They neglect their kids to play this game. One community decides to play against a further away community, the prize being the other's doll.
