Tracey (addicted_to_reading) i couldn't even get through the entire book before i wanted to throw it out a window. the different character POVs and boring dialogue was enough to frustrate me. i really thought i was gonna like this book but it failed to interest me. oh well, it's just not my cup of tea.

Lys (lysrowan) I met this guy a few years ago at a panel at the IRA. He was the only author on the panel who didn't stick around to talk to his fans and didn't offer free book signings.
Because of this, probably unfairly, I've never been interested in reading his work. Even the free stuff I got at the panel.
Is it good?

Jennifer (featherlashes) I found it fast-paced and suspenseful, like a thriller. It does have a variety of characters' perspectives. I thought the writing was good. The story is dark and harrowing, and it is definitely not a happy, feel-good book. However, I plan to continue the series (with lots of happy books in between!)

Lol, I would probably feel the same way.

I wasn't going to read this (just because I have so many others I want to read) but my library has the audio so I went ahead and downloaded it. I'll let you know how it goes Alyssia!
