Advertisement issue

Hi, I'm having an issue with an ad in the self-advertising program for my book "Blood and Steam." I've been running this ad for some time, but just updated the cover on this title and intended to update the ad to reflect the new cover. When I went into the ad, I not only found the cover missing but found the ad linking to someone else's book! I corrected the link easily enough, but I have no way of knowing how long it has been this way, which is a little concerning.

My second issue is that although I have no cover image showing, there's no link on the page to upload an image. Instead, there is a 'remove image' link that doesn't do anything at all when I click on it. I may be missing something here, but I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

Librarians have absolutely no control over ads. Your book has three editions due to cover changes, looks like. If you're having trouble linking the one you want to your ad, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Thanks for your help, once again. I've found a solution and thought I'd post it here for future reference, in case someone else has this issue. I installed a Firefox add-on called I.E.Tab which allows you to open a web page using the Internet Explorer engine from within Firefox. With that installed, I reloaded the advertisement page using the I.E. engine. All the links to edit and update information began functioning correctly. Apparently, there is some issue with that page and the version of Firefox I'm using. Obviously, opening the page in I.E. instead of Firefox would probably produce the same result.

As of yet, I still haven't learned how my Ad got linked to someone else's novel, but at least I know that's something to check often in the future.

Jamie, you should probably send this information to support. This may help them diagnose the problem the ad is having when opened with Firefox so that it can be fixed.
