There's no way to set that to a specific work, but it is supposed to be your most popular book, so it is strange that a less popular book of yours is showing there. I've refreshed the ratings on your more popular book (and added the missing ebook edition), so it might change when your profile page next refreshed. You could try forcing a refresh by editing your bio (you don't have to change anything, just open it and save it), but if that doesn't work you should probably ask in the feedback group, since it may be a bug.
