ABANDONED. book about a group of people stranded on an island

I read this book when i was a teenager, say ten years ago, but i think it was written in the 80's or the 90's.
It's about a group of people who gets stranded on an island. They splits up in two groups- men and women.
i think the women in the group was some kinds of escorts and the men rich businessmen. One of the women was swedish. there was i fight that started when one of the women was raped.

Not Savages, read that recently... Other than being stranded, the plot doesn't match at all.

No not at all:/ i borrowed it in the library many times in high school, so i didn't own it myself
