4) The GR entry is missing the edition information. This ISBN is for the "Revised Edition" of this work.

5) The GR entry is missing the "Original Publication Date". This title was originally published in 1962.

Points 1 through 4 are verified from both my own copy and by ISBN search on WorldCat. Point 5 is verified from only my own copy, which has the original publication date on the reverse of the title page. Thank you in advance.
