yes! Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus! he has this tiny cut that turns into a sweeping infection and he dies from it.

no problem - I remember really liking it, even if it was a bit gut-wrenching
The husband dies early on in the book of MRSA, and the widow and son has to move across the country to be closer to her family (i think?). her sister who she doesnt get along with is a singer in a band and she & her son go on tour with them while driving a u-haul of all of her stuff in the move....
