TICK TOCK - What did you think of the arena?

In Catching Fire we get to see a whole new arena design. Did you like it? How did it measure up to the arena in The Hunger Games?

[Karen]

I think it added great interest, knowing that with each time slot the Tributes were coming up against something new and frightening. I felt the anxiety grew with each new challenge.

[Anna]

I thought the arena was quite creative and I think it was a big part of differentiating this book from the first one. It added a new twist to going through another session of the games.

[Karen]

It was creative Anna. In as much as you never knew who or what was hiding in the woods in Bk. 1; the clock really delivered an extreme, violent event for us, the voyeur.
