Multiple Issues for ISBN 0771599005

There are multiple issues with the GR entry for ISBN 0771599005:

1) The GR entry omits the format. This ISBN is for the "Leather Bound" edition.

2) The GR entry omits the publisher. The publisher of this ISBN is "Gage Publishing Ltd."

3) The GR entry is missing a "Published" date and has an incorrect/superfluous "Original Publication Date" of "October 15th 2010". This ISBN is for the first edition published in 1978.

Points 2 and 3 are verified from both my own copy and by ISBN search on WorldCat. Point 1 is verified from my own copy (WorldCat omits format information for this ISBN and Amazon simply lists it as "hardcover," but the physical book is clearly leather bound). Thank you in advance.
