I own this book and am looking at it as I type this -- the editor's name is Ian Hamilton, not F.E. Hamilton.

Updated (checked with Amazon, where the cover is actually clearer, although there the author is listed as F.E. Hamilton for some reason). Appears that there was one other book on that profile that was incorrect also.

Oh, I check Amazon UK first, by default, then Amazon.com if I can't find it. On Amazon UK it is listed incorrectly:

Another good place that we use to check is WorldCat.
