Wow! Amelia, I never thought of it that way! I totally agree. He is the biggest hypocrite. I think someone may have mentioned, but Reed forgave him for kissing Cheyenne because she had drugged him and he wasn't himself, but when Reed got caught kissing Dash (him, right?) he was pissed and didn't even realize that SHE WAS DRUGGED TOO!
I liked them when they were together, but not anymore. Sawyer is the one for her!
I can see Josh not forgiving her for kissing Dash (yes, him. lol). BUT I do not accept nor forgive the fact that right after it happened he got with Ivy (of all people). what makes it even worse, not the fact that Ivy was Reed nemesis, it was the fact that he "bonded" with Ivy over her hatred for Billings. In essence he was dating the anti-Billings girl and throwing it in Reed's face. It showed that he would never understand or tolerate Reed's involvement in Billings. I bet now that Billings is gone he will be sniffing around Reed like a hound around a rabbit.
Especially with Sawyer in the picture. I feel like Josh should just leave Reed alone. Even if she pursues him. He needs to drop it. He's with Ivy. He needs to let Reed move on like he did. (even if he never really did move on, that's his own fault.)
you all make interesting points... and all though josh has screwed up reed has too..... and sawyer is an interesting figure... i think him and reed might have a thing but kate brian will probly surprise us... but im still hoping for reed and josh i think reed will get put in jail and josh is gonna have to return the favor of getting her out and ivy will get mad that josh is doing this which will cause josh to reveal his true feelings toward reed and then bammm josh and reed are together!
The only time Reed screwed up (that I can remember) , where Josh was concerned, was when she hooked up with Dash.... while she was on drugs. Yea.... Josh was completely sober for all of those "Billings or me" ultimatums and when he got with Ivy. I don't excuse him. He's an asshole.I have a huge irritating feeling that Kate Brian will have Reed and Josh end up together in the end. Which is bullshit. The story is supposed to be about Reed coming of age and finding herself as a person while all this drama surrounds her. It shouldn't be about her getting with a guy.
I'm a fan of Sawyer (for the moment) but that doesn't mean I think it's mandatory Reed end up with a guy in the end. If anything, she should probably take a break.

again the book is called scandal, something is gonna involve ivy, josh and reed. sure maybe for like 3 chapters of the book she shud be on break but she and josh have to be together!
The title could also have something to do with the fact that Billings was bulldozed. This proves my point that the books have started to focus too much on Reed's love life. I'm kind of glad something else is going on now.
i also think that reed should end up with reed i mean i was a fan of josh's until he screwed her over he is a biggg hypocriteobvie there is gonna b a scandal comin.....
I think the Scandal will (hopefully) have more to do with shady goings on with Billings' demolishment as opposed to Reed's "love life".
I luv Josh but I have to agree that Reed doesn't deserve him anymore. I used to really like Reed but now it's like she gets whatever she wants, and all the drama involves her, and all the guys love her and shes just so spoiled. Like she used to care if a friend bought her something designer but now sh epractically demands they swipe there cards for her stuff. Shes just no fun anymore.
Josh is the one that doesn't deserve Reed. IMO.Reed isn't "demanding" her friends swipe their cards for her. They are. She's just gotten used to it.
I agree that too many guys like her, but the reason is that she is different from all of the other girls they've been around. She's different, therefore interesting. I think it went a little too far with Upton though.
ok so here is how i see it. they both have good qualities. and here are the difference (the 2 biggest) 1. Josh isn't a player, Upton is
2. Upton is supportive of billings, Josh is
i absolutely love josh but sometimes you really can't blame Reed for falling for someone sho is supportive of Billings. Have you ever noticed how a lot of Reed and Josh's fights are because josh gets mad at Noelle or other girls in Billings. And Upton and Reed's fight are about him being a player...so there are the facts just thought i should throw that out there.

exactly and i still dont think that josh and ivy are a good couple i mean i guess i kinda like ivy now that that whole thing is over but i still think part of me likes josh better than upton.......

Seriously, I think Josh is a player too. And Noelle and Dash are my favorite couple as well... but that could be be because Noelle is my favorite character.
why do you think josh is a player? well i kind of just found out that i skipped paradise lost. i went straight from revelation to suspicion cauase i thought that was the order and yea. now i have to read paradise lost. it was kind of annoying when i found out...
i love josh. ive been wanting them to get back together forever. i dont trust ivy especially after reading scandal idk shes just weird to me and her and reed all the sudden became biffs like wtf? lol. josh has always been the one for reed and always will be upton was just a fling.
i trust ivy. i am definitely loving that reed and josh are back together cause ivy and josh didnt seem as perfect as reed and josh, but its nothing personal against ivy.

I like Upton and Reed more! I did love Josh and Reed, but I felt they were always bickering (but isn't she always?) and I was somewhat glad when they broke up. I know Josh did the same thing to Reed that she did to him, but I feel that they have had so many tries and always screw it up. Upton is a fresh start and I think they go well together, although I find it hard to belive the "finest male specimen ever to walk the earth" would be interested in Reed, who they describe as just being pretty, but rather plain. She also has an annoyingly whiny personality, so I kind of feel like she doesn't deserve either Josh or Upton... But is that just me? But I guess my vote goes to Reed and Upton!
Josh is an asshole hiding behind the "nice guy" costume, IMO.
Josh isn't the only one to have an inkling of what Reed has been through. Sawyer lost his sister, so he has dealt with death of someone close to him, he also believed Reed when nobody else did, about being stalked and pushed off of a boat.
Josh obviously doesn't fully understand Reed or he wouldn't have bitched and railed on and on about her leaving Billings. He never understood what it meant to her and didn't really listen when she treid to explain it to him. He also went and dated her nemesis for all to see and humilate her. He flaunted Ivy around campus then got pissed whenever Reed would show interest in another guy (What's his face... the guy that was high up on himself? He's already showing signs that he is going to be unhappy with Reed moving on with Sawyer as well). Of all the people that he claims are frauds and fakes he's one of the biggest.
End rant. lol It always makes me feel better to have a Josh rant from time to time. :)
