SOLVED. Romance, the heroine is a prostitute [s]

The story was about a prostitute and a man who I think was a painter. He would come by and pay her to remain naked on the bed and then, he would sit and stare at her. No touching, no sex, nothing. It was the same thing every single time. I don't remember how things progressed from there but afterwards, she eloped with him on a train. There, she felt insecure and having second thoughts but in the end, everything worked out. I remember the sex parts were pretty detailed. I've been trying to find this book for almost 4 years and a half and I still have not found it. I hope someone can help me figure out the name of this book. I would really, really appreciate. Thank you.

The book description sounds like Paulo Coelho´s book called Eleven minutes but I could be wrong. But the protogonist (Maria) does eventually stay with the painter so it might be the one your looking for.
