Refreshing Book Ratings

Hello, GR Librarians!

My name is Julie Johnson, author of the novel "Like Gravity," and I was wondering if one of you could refresh my book ratings? Every time I try to refresh them, I receive an error message saying that I need Librarian status in order to update them myself.

The reviews are updated, the only problem I'm having now is that the drop-down "Rating Details" menu (the one that shows the bar graph distribution of ratings) doesn't show any reviews at all. When I click on it, it says no one has rated Like Gravity yet. Is this something you can fix?

I'm not sure what's going on there; I see this:
731 ratings, 115 reviews, added by 1590 people, 737 to-reads

If you're seeing zeroes or drastically different numbers there you might want to contact support or post in the feedback group.

If it helps, I see the ratings details and bar chart accurately. That's from a "regular" member view (non-librarian, non-author).
