book downloaded in entirety by mistake

I have attempted to make 10% of this book available to be read on Goodreads, however, it seems that when I did so, the entire book could be read! I tried to fix this and was told by the system that once a book is downloaded into the library it cannot be deleted. But I only want 10% in the library and available to readers.

The same situation occurred when I attempted to do this with my book Vampire Story. Can you help?
