I don't know how I could have missed this, since apparently it's been around for a while, but an instant book machine exists!


Espresso Book Machine

With the sloggan: "One espresso from now, you can have your book in your hands", the Espresso Book Machine supposedly prints softcover books in about 5 minutes, or "the time it takes to grab a cup of espresso".

O.o I'd never heard of that! Would be cool to try it out. I have seen pics of the book vending machines around the web. I haven't see one IRL though. Have you?

I haven't, since I currently live in Greece and sometimes it takes a while for things to reach our little corner of the world.

Exciting though, aren't they? Especially the Espresso Book Machine!
