Kindle Editions Bumping Into Each Other

I've started seeing what appears to be two kindle editions bumping up against each other. Take a look at this.

What do people recommend as the best way to fix this?

If you go into "other editions" on the right or combine editions and let your cursor sit on details of this kindle edition you will see how they do not let the image appear.

I see the image now. And I only see a single Kindle edition.

Um. I'm not sure, but it may have been searching by ASIN.

At least, that's all I did.
