Breaking Ties question

I completed my author page today and tried to upload my new release Breaking Ties but received an error message that this ISBN was already claimed by Warrior Beautiful. My novel is for sale on Amazon, BN, and Astraea Press. Can you help me upload it with the actual cover instead of the generic one it currently displays? Thank you so much!
