I'm at 50%, and I kinda get what's going on, and it is a little better than it was at the beginning, but it is still pretty strange, and nothing like what I expected.

Is it just me or the narator indeed use capital M and F whenever she mentions her mother and father even when those are not in the beginning of sentences?

She's probably capitalised them because she's using them as their names.

50% - I don't get why all the ratings are 4/5. This is only a 2 from me so far.

It was a two a the beginning for me. It's probably a 2.5/3 now. It takes some real getting used to though, and I can't decide whether its good strange or bad strange. at the moment i'd say bad strange.

this is nothing like what i expected at all. I expected suspense and mystery, not weird historical gabbling.
