What do you look for in a blog tour?

Hi guys, I am an author looking to offer blog tours and author marketing. I have lots of marketing experience and my own debut book was a paid best-seller in its category. Sooooo, I am hoping to use my own personal experiences to promote other authors online.
I'd love your input into what you - the author - would look for in a blog tour company? If you have booked a company what services stood out and meant you just had to book them - out of all the rest? What turned you off about other tours? I'd LOVE your help as I am determined to offer a quality but affordable service. Thank you!

I haven't done one yet, but I've been looking into it. Not being very internet-savvy, I've tried to identify bloggers who are interested in humorous fiction, and wading through the zillions of book bloggers is like trying to compute pi. A service that can find the right audience - or the path(s) to the right audience - would be something I'd personally consider valuable.
