Duplicate copies of book - please help!

Hi, I have duplicate versions of my new book, Catch of the Day (by Carla Caruso), on Goodreads, but would love to just have the one with a review up, as per the links below. Please help!

You have 2 spaces between your names to separate you from other authors of the same name. When adding books make sure you add two spaces or posting here it helps if you mention that
