Hmmm... that one appears to be already combined, if you go through the list on the "combine editions" page. It's true that, when you click the link above, it does NOT seem to be combined, but I suspect that it's a matter of time for the system to update some element. I don't really understand the technical process of what goes on behind the scenes, but anyway I'd guess that the combine has already occurred.
I recently added this edition of Insurgent( Divergent, #2) but i can't add it with the other editions of Insurgent.
