I like it. You get the gorilla with the words and the football with the pictures.

Booter is another good option, certainly the easiest transition.

This is really good, too ThX!

I wonder if you could play on words a bit and get the word 'leg-end' (i.e. a football legend) in there somewhere, maybe as a by-line, or 'keeping in sh-ape'.
'Out on a limb' is another phrase that springs to mind.
Rhymes can go down well, too - 'Gorilla Skill/Thrill/Thrilla'.
Sorry, I've gone way off track from what you started with. Feel free to ignore me!
I recently released a book on Amazon called "Super Booty, The Field Goal Kicker with the Secret Gorilla Leg" I thought the title would appeal to puckish middle graders, the way Captain Underpants appealed to the younger kids.
Boy was I wrong. The book got grouped with, let's just say, very adult books because of the word "booty"
Despite this, I've gotten good reviews from those who've read it.
Since I've blown it once, I thought I'd ask the readership if they have any good replacement names for "Super Booty" I'm crowdsourcing here, looking for a new title.
It's a funny book about a kid who suddenly become a great kicker after a lab accident. But while he loves being a high school hero, he's also worried about turning into a gorilla.
