Book received 2-star rating before pub. Remove?

Due to a problem with Createspace, my novel, which launched October 15 or so, accidentally came out in July, during the proofing process. I immediately took it down, but the listing lasted on Amazon.

The novel has a 2-star rating. The person who left the rating was not contacted to review the book. I am not sure how this person could have read the novel already and given it a 2-star rating on September 24th without an ARC.

Any chance of removing the 2-star rating, or is that against policy?

Users are allow to rate books before publication.

In any case, librarians have no ability to delete reviews or ratings.
