I come from the country that leads the world in getting killed by lawnmower accidents (at least according to this map: http://thedoghousediaries.com/large/5... )
@Carrie Now you are making me hungry for chocolate. Belgium certainly makes one of the best chocolate in the world.
Oh, and is it true that Belgians eat their french-fries with mayonnaise? :P

Texas, which is its own separate country from the USA, or wishes it was, if you listen to the idiot Texans who are always ending up on the news.
I was born where time began and I now live near the Worlds End.
I live in Oakland, California, USA.@Bisky, anytime you're in our neck of the woods, please do visit!
@J. David: chuckle. Weep.
@Anthony, the movie?
@J.David I heard that I trended on my birthday in the localised Texas Twitter feed. I think I know where my fanbase is :p

Born in Dubuque, Iowa on the Mississippi River. Lived in Illinois, Michigan, and now Ohio. Want to move to Montana where I can avoid humidity, and be closer to my daughter. Rockies are incredible.
G.G. wrote: "@Carrie Oh, and is it true that Belgians eat their french-fries with mayonnaise? :P"What about french fries with tartare sauce? I'd do that... Tartare sauce goes with just about anything.
Ok when will teleporters finally exist so we can visit everyone in the world whenever we feel like it?
Come on Inventers, move your butts can't you see we are waiting? :p

I would LOVE that. I would pop into random coffee shops across the world and randomly hand people screwed up notes with my twitter handle on it :p
In the USA. I live in Central Iowa on an acreage, but was born in Vernon County, Missouri in the Ozarks and lived there until I was fourteen on a farm.

Yes... we do! It's completely normal here... i don't see what's odd about it. We eat french fries with all kinds of sauces :P Ketchup, tartare, Andalous, Samorai, cocktail etc...
I'm Californian born and bred. I was born in Watsonville (near Santa Cruz), raised in a country community near Salinas called Prunedale (Near Monterey), went to college in Fresno, and currently live in Visalia.And as soon as I sell enough books I want to move to Bainbridge Island in Washington...dreaming of rain, water, and always green trees...
I'm a native and resident of Seattle, Washington, USA. I don't often admit it but since natives are now a minority they've started hunting us for our pelts...
So I'd be one of those hated California invaders who hunt locals and drive up property values if I moved up there.... :-)
LOL Micheal.Born, raised and still in Washington. In a month or so I will be asking what that big bright ball in the sky is.
@Michael @Rick @Heidi I still live in California but my brother, my sister and my mom are all Californians who've gone up to your neck of the woods.
@Michael in California: It is beautiful up here, but you have to be able to endure long periods of cold, wet and dreary. Especially if you decide to live up in the hills like I do.
its the end of October and it's still in the eighties here... I can't remember the last time I've seen rain and I still have my air conditioner on...

If so thats wickedly awesome. :)

Fries are actually the only thing I eat with mayonaise.. :P From Belgium as well!
I'm in VA Beach. There's a peninsula that goes around the Chesapeake Bay that points right towards where I am. On the subject of French Fries... Chocolate Milkshake is the best thing ever to dip fries in. People look at me like I'm a wierdo whenever I do it, but that's just because they don't know how great it is!
Germany. Bisky, couch surfers are always welcome in our home :) And it's not that far... think about it :)
Bisky: we have a guest room and California is a third of the way around the world. Compared to the distance to Mars, that's nothing. *grin*
