To be honest, anything that doesn't border on supernatural or paranormal. But at the same time, I don't want a roleplay that centers mainly on romance.
I just want a fresh roleplay that exudes some vibrancy and not something that'll easily bring down my hopes and get me bored. :/

The world ended on a Sunday. It was unexpected by everyone, every government official, every crackpot theorist, every theologist, every faithless man. The Norse called it Ragnarok, the Bible called it Revelations, but it’s simpler to just say the Apocalypse. It came and it went and no one remembers what happened.
A fraction of the world’s population appeared to survive as they were. The rest were monsters, distorted and twisted until nothing of what they were was recognizable anymore.
The truth is, no one escaped unchanged.

The rest of the world is basically in utter chaos now that there are no enforcement of laws and everyone is running rampant. Because of the lack of authority it seems to be a world where everyone must defend themselves. Not only is there chaos but most people are trying to cope with their either subtle or drastic changes that seem to have inflicted them, most the the changes have drawn them closer to the animal category. Some have been infected drastically, some haven't, it ranges from every different person.
Hmm... I'm actually quite intrigued. :) And do you have any ideas how our characters may play into this plot?
Well, there are multiple approaches we could take on this one.1st approach:Because of societies decline all play by their own rules. There could be a group of people who see themselves s "pure" because they have avoided the infection and are now hellbent on ridding the world of the infected people. These people now see it as a game to hunt for these people looking for any signs of change. Our characters could be on the run from these people and try to escape them. They could meet as they are both eventually captured and put into a confinement base. They could ban together and vow to escape.
I'm typing the other ideas..
I'm already in love with the first idea. :P
OH! Good! Because I'm having trouble focusing on my other thoughts! ^~^ So, we can do this one!!! I really like it too! And we can throw in some pretty crazy characters too! Like some "pure" members who are obsessed with hunting down every infected person, and I have this rad idea for the leader of the group! He could be this scientist guy who is totally crazy.Just some fun ideas!

Appearance:(Christ, I tried so hard to find a photo but couldn't find anything perfect. Sorry!)
Katherine's appearance has changed rather drastically since the virus infected her, though some would say she was better off compared to some of the infected. She has a very pale coloring that matches her snow white hair. She has two different colored eyes, one is gold the other is a shimmery silver. Above her head are two white fox ears with a matching bushy white tail. She's 5'6", slim like most due to the drastic living conditions of trying to stay alive.
History:When the epidemic first hit Katherine and her family were first to jump to action, they were one of the first to try to make it to the quarantine base set outside of the city. There goals were to get there as fast as possible so they could outrun the widespread panic and virus. Unfortunately they weren't fast enough. Poor Katherine despite the families safety precautions and use of masks had gotten the virus. At first the changes were minor, hardly noticeable and Katherine preferred to keep it that way. She wouldn't dare tell her family and decided to handle it on her own. At first she was able to keep her secret thanks to layers of clothing but it soon got out of hand. Her eyes colors soon started altering and her skin started to loose it's rosy pink shade. It was when her brown hair completely drained of it's color and became an wispy white. They caught her one morning rummaging through the families supplies as she planned to run away. By that time it was too late to go back now, she had to leave. That was the last they saw of her and their supplies.
She now has been trying to live in this distorted and unruly world all on her own as she scavenges for supplies and most importantly food. So far she's avoided everyone but due to the lack of supplies shes been forced to be much more bold.

Also the virus can take it's toll and many ways, don't think it's limited to anything!

The character dosen't have to be too complex! Simple is fine, the characters don't matter as much as the rp! :)
