"She's gone," Shetan muttered bitterly. "And so is all my love." He put the picture down.
Shetan leaned forward and covered his face.
Shetan didn't flinch, but instead started to sob.
Shetan continued to sob bitterly into his hands.
"Maybe," Shetan muttered through his sobbing.
"I was in the woods, and I found her hurt. She got her leg stuck and impaled in a bear trap, and I saved her and brought her to my castle and took care of her wound." Shetan was calmed down pretty much.

"That's her in the picture," Shetan said.
Shetan nodded, still looking down. "And then she got really sick and died a few months later."
Shetan shook his head. "No. She got some kind of virus, pneumonia."
"I wish that I didn't fall in love with her. This pain's not worth it." Shetan got up and walked over to the window.
"Yes. I wish that she didn't have to be in that woods hurt."

"She can't hear me," Shetan growled. "She's dead. Dead!" He covered his eyes with his hand, crying again.

"I don't care what you think," Shetan growled. "I just wish I was dead!"
"I can no longer be happy. I can no longer be as happy as I would be when I do evil and be the Devil. And I hate it. I'm no use to myself anymore."
"I don't even know anymore....a lot of things." Shetan wandered away from the window. "Now I wish I had some holy water," he sighed.

"Because if I consume it, it'll burn my insides and kill me."
Shetan closed his eyes, tears flowing down his face. "Yes," he whispered.

Shetan sighed. "What about your brother? How did he die?"
Shetan frowned, then looked away. There was a long pause. "That's even worse than how she died," he muttered.
"I know," Shetan muttered. "But still." He looked at her and walked over to her slowly. "You sure are taking deaths better than me."
Shetan shook his head. "How embarrassing," he muttered to himself.
"The fact that you, a human, hide your grief like someone strong while I'm over here bawling like a baby and talking about suicide," Shetan muttered. "And to think that I'm the Devil on top of it." He shook his head. "That's embarrassing."

Shetan nodded a bit. He was standing only a foot away from her. "Well, you have my sympathies."
Shetan looked down at her and smiled slightly.
Shetan looked at how dark it was outside. "You can stay the night if you want, I don't care."
