Q.f.D. (Not for the faint of heart)

Psh, lucky. I wish it would storm here :( It hasn't in a couple of weeks, which is strange since we normally have a thunderstorm at least once a week, on average. -sigh-
Ah, I see. So, is that the only reason that you don't like me, or is that the main reason?
Marley: xD Why is it that you hate Mormons, exactly...?
Sorry if I'm slow in responding. I'm going between the computer, which is downstairs, and cleaning my room, which is upstairs.

Main reason. It just shows complete and utter selfishness, and disdain for your fellow humans. It is the single most disgusting character defect anyone can have and you VALUE that about yourself. It's just...awful.

Okay... I'm not even going to get into this since I don't want to argue and I don't really think I have the time. But, another question: have I ever actually said that I support supply-side economics? Because I know I've said I'd defend it, but I don't believe I've ever said I'm for it.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you have. If you aren't for it, why defend it? It is just a sham, even the perpetrators of one of the greatest crimes against the American people KNEW what they were doing.

Plus your beliefs are funny. Does anyone else think Joesph Smith was on drugs, I do.

I don't think I have. And I've said I'd defend it because you've told me to. You continuously said "Fine, defend supply-side economics." I've said I'd defend it, but I've never said I'm for it, or that I'm against it :)

xD We don't generalize all gays to be horrible. Ever heard that quote, "Love the sinner, hate the sin?" We welcome and love everyone with open arms (besides those extremists and homophobes, which I don't like). We can love them, but we don't have to like what they do or how they live.
Your beliefs are funny xD

Well, it's what your party believes in...so I just kinda assumed. My bad.
Also, I am not a fan of Mormons. They make Catholics look like intellectuals.

How do Mormons make Catholics look like intellectuals? xD

*We welcome everyone with open arms (but the people who don't do that are extremists and homophobes, which I don't like)
That's what I meant :)

Well, I can think the exact same thing about you because you don't believe Jesus was a real person. It's all a matter of opinion. I don't see what the problem is with having different opinions.

Jesus was a real person, but he wasn't the son of God and Joseph Smith was a schizophrenic, not a prophet.

I don't see the sin in anyone, purposefully, anyway. I need to focus more on my own sin because I'm the only one who can change because of myself.
My favorite uncle's gay. I don't see the sin. I recognize it, but I don't see the sin, I just see him as an amazing guy whom I love dearly. That doesn't sound at all like what you're talking about. However, I do agree that there are people out there who do just see the sin. Yes, some are Mormons, but you have to also realize that there are other people in the world who are exactly the same that AREN'T Mormons.
This whole life is meant to be a test, to judge our willingness to follow Him and to keep His commandments. If we weren't tested, if we didn't go through crap, do you really think we could truly grow and learn? When we were children, if we hadn't touched that hot stove do you really think we could've learned from that? It may be possible, but I doubt it.
Make sense? :)

Merely opinion, Davis.

Facts certainly don't get in the way of Mormonism do they? "
Facts don't get in the way of any religion, Davis. That should be obvious.

Did you just admit to your ignorance?

First of all, we wanted to be here. All of us on this earth, that have been on this earth, and that will be on this earth are part of the 2/3 that stayed with God because they wanted to follow Jesus' plan. Second of all, if we don't believe in Him then why would we follow His word?

Where THE FUCK did you get that silly idea?
"All of us on this earth, that have been on this earth, and that will be on this earth are part of the 2/3 that stayed with God because they wanted to follow Jesus' plan.""
Weren';t the Hebrews the special people, and they're obviously not 2/3/
Weren';t the Hebrews the special people, and they're obviously not 2/3/

From the Bible. Ever read Genesis?

We're His children. If you were a loving, devoted, and caring parent wouldn't you want your children to be devoted to you and believe in you and follow and obey your rules?
I don't get what you mean by why does He need us?

Multiple times. I guess my 'stupid filter' wouldn't let my brain register such a fucking idiotic theory.

Prove to me with the Bible that it isn't in there.

We're here for our loyalty to be tested.
Yes, everything had a point.
He wants us because we're His children.
We have purpose to Him because, as I said above, we are His children.

No, I'm sure that its in there, I'm saying that the logical part of my brain just wouldn't allow me to retain such a obviously bullshit statement such as that.

Okay? I don't see your point. I'm using the Bible to explain. I understand that you probably don't believe much of the Bible (forgive me if I'm wrong) but I don't see why you think it's so ridiculous.

Just one thing, I'll do more later if you want to show you. But here's just one question: God just created Eve and Adam, correct? So when they had kids, did major incest occur? Otherwise, the human race would have ended with them and their kids. Yet, God also says incest is bad.

You think He wanted to be alone? This life was to test our loyalty and, if I'm thinking correctly (I'll have to look it up later), the only way we could become Gods like Him was to be tested in a mortal state and prove our worthiness and loyalty. He created the world, after we'd accepted the plan and remained part of that 2/3, so that we could live out our mortal lives and prove ourselves.
No, He doesn't enjoy watching His children suffer, just as any normal, loving, caring parent wouldn't like watching their children suffer. He doesn't help us because, as I've said countless times, we have free will. What we choose to do with it (and what others choose to do to us with it) is up to us. If He broke a law that He had set as an eternal law than He would cease to be God.

I'll have to look up why God accepted that type of incest, besides the fact that they were commanded to populate and fill the earth with His children. It is a good point, though, and I'll give you your answer as soon as I can.

So, he created people simply for them to worship him. Wow, self-centered much?

What about all the Gospels left out of the Bible or the Council of Nicaea, where the essentially decided the dates for all Christian holidays, FIVE HUNDRED YEARS AFTER JESUS DIED?

The point of praying, especially for me, is to feel in contact with my Heavenly Father, to feel that relief when I repent, to get guidance (what I choose to do with that guidance is up to me), that sort of thing. Plus, it shows that we are indeed devoted to Him. I can figure out more, if you'd like. I'll look up the actual reason for praying (if I haven't mentioned it already) when I look up why He allowed that incest in the beginning.

So, he created people simply for them to wo..."
I guess you were right :)
He can help. I never said that guidance wasn't allowed in free will. But what we do with that guidance, how we live out our lives, what we do, what choices we make are all our own decisions and all come with a consequence, whether good or bad.
No, He didn't create us simply to be worshipped. We are His children and we accepted to go to earth to try and live righteously, by His laws and commandments, to prove ourselves as worthy to become as He is.

Why spend all your time devoting your love and affection on this guy who may or may not exist, and for all intents and purposes, you mean nothing too? You think he doesn't have more 'pious' followers? You think, you, out of everyone, warrant his attention? Yeah, as if. I'm sorry, Christianity is just really weird when you think about it. The only reason you believe in it is that you were raised in the US, by Christian parents. If you were born in India, with Hindu parents, you'd be a Hindu.

We all warrant His attention, every one of us. He's a God, you don't think He can't pay attention to all of us?
And yes, I agree with that. If I were born to Hindu parents yes, I probably would be a Hindu. But I'm not, am I?
Anyway, I have to go :)
I'll try to get those answers for you, Davis, and I'll be back later.

Be very welcoming. The reason I don't like you is your support for supply-side economics, which by the way, Republicans are beginning to abandon because they are seeing the futility.
