Book is centred around the apocalyptic destruction of the world, people do survive and begin to try rebuilding, a man comes along, described as a bit thick, odd looking, the survivors fear this man and rebuffs all his attempts to help, at the end of the book it turns out the weird man is the devil. Sorry for the spoiler there.
I can’t give anymore detail on this book as it was described to me by a friend, I want to find the book title so I can give this book back to my friend as an xmas present, plus I want to read it myself

Ok, I got rid of the duplicate, since it didn't have any more info in it than this thread did.

Jaye, you can just "bump" your thread up to keep it close to the top of the folder. Do this about every 30 to 60 days, so that new members see it and it stays in the forefront of the brains of those of us who have been members a while.
