In the book Mocking jay by Suzanne Collins, Katniss is safe at district 13. The conflict in the book is Katniss is trying to help the rebel's win over the capitol but she keeps getting emotional problems like when they got Peeta back from the capitol he changed and hated Katniss because the capitol did something to his brain and she couldn't help him and couldn't decide who she loved Gale or Peeta. The rising action is when she does sort of like short films to make people join the rebels but she has trouble with them, she has to go to the hospital a lot of times because bombs explode near her when she doesn't know their there. The climax is when she makes the decision to go against rebel orders and kill president Snow. The falling action is when the rebels capture snow and everything is okay except that Katniss lost her sister and is so confused because she visited snow and he manipulated her by saying that the rebel leader Coin killed her sister to win the capitol. The conclusion is Katniss returns to district 12 and lives there for the rest of her life.

In the book I read it said Peeta was hijacked this made Katniss feel sad, so this is person vs. person because the capitol did it which means preaident Snow did it.
