Irisheyes | 896 comments Just finished a Janice Kay Johnson trilogy (The MacLachlan Brothers) - BETWEEN LOVE AND DUTY, FROM FATHER TO SON, and THE CALL OF BRAVERY. Excellent trilogy. So, of course, I'm looking for another JKJ to get another fix. I think I'm going to go for SNOWBOUND.

Phoenix77 | 346 comments I just started The Corrupt Comte and I’m not quite sure how I’m feeling about it. While the storyline is completely different, it reminds me of Untamed for how off-putting the whole character and story set-up is to me. Guess I like my heroes and heroines in black & white terms rather than shades of gray (no book pun intended).

Theresa Romain | 420 comments My husband and all his friends have been telling me I need to read Ready Player One, so I've finally started it. It's like a virtual reality treasure hunt with lots of 80s video game references (which they loved). I do like it so far. Also reading My Sweet Folly, because I *have* to have a romance going.

I'm on a contemporary jag. Just finished Sanctuary Island by Lily Everett. Great story. Can't wait to read the next one about the grouchy veterinarian and the flighty younger sister.

I read Eileen Dreyer's Once a Raketoday. I think it may be the best in a strong series. I love Dreyer's voice, and I've enjoyed the earlier Drake's Rakes books. But I have had problems with some of her heroes. No problems with the hero in this one. I loved both the hero and heroine.

Susan (susaninaz) | 1075 comments I just finished Gretchen Archer's Double Whammy. All the glowing reviews are no exaggerations -- it was great!

I finished last night and loved it too, Deb. So far my faves in this series are the ghosts' books.

Huh. I guess that is also true for me although I hadn't thought of it like that Manda
I just finished Shadows, a YA book by Robin Mckinley. I loved it--much more than most of her recent books.
Not sure what I will read next. I tried a couple of new to me authors that didn't click...
