It's cool.. I'm not in school right now but I will have to go back in a few days
I do too... I try to come up with like the basic plot and then just make it up as I go

Jace groaned and looked over at his foster siblings who were fighting at the table. He got up and went into his room. He had been going from foster home to foster home ever since he could remember. He sighed he just wanted a home where he could stay.Serena walked out of her house. She was running late as usual. She half ran to the subway. She was meeting Marcus before school. She hoped she wouldn't make them both late. She ran into the subway and looked around for him. When she stopped him she walked over to him smiling

Jace walked down the stairs just as RiverLynn walked in. He looked her over," Who are you?" He asked not unkindly just curiously. He came the rest of the way down the stairs and stood in front of her waiting for her answerSerena followed behind him frowning a little," I'm sorry Marcus but you know how my mom is." She muttered closing her fingers around his hand. She knew they would be late to school because of her. It wasn't like she could help it her mom had come home drunk and in a bad mood. She had been clingy and didn't want Serena to leave so she now had bruises on her arms where her mom had been holding her
Jace raised his eyebrows a little at her guardedness," Oh nice to meet you. I'm Jace." He said. He didn't remember his mom saying anything about his step father having a daughter. Serena looked up at him and sighed a little. She wished she would have been able to call him before she left her house. She nodded a little ," I know." She said pulling her sleeves up so he could see. What he didn't see was the ones on her sides and stomach.
Jace smiled a little at her then his smile faded as his step dad walked into the room. He kind of glared at him noticing the way RiverLynn looked as he hugged her. Maybe she wouldn't be that bad after all.Serena watched him as he looked her over. She looked up into his eyes and frowned a little," There's more but I'd rather not show you here." She said softly

He looked down at the kitten he was holding and nodded," Yeah this little guy likes to sit at the top of the stairs because he can't get down them yet." Usually when they were together they were more fun and laughing but not today with how her mother had been
