~Goodnight~ She thought back as she and Jace both got ready to go to sleep. Serena got into the bed and closed her eyes going to sleep almost instantly. Jace laid down beside his little sister, but it took him a little longer to go to sleep

Jace rolled away from his sister starting to wake up. He stretched opening his eyes a little ~Yeah I am~ He thought back.Serena sighed softly curling herself around a pillow. She was still sleeping peacefully.
Jace sat up careful not to wake Serena ~Yeah I will be down in a minute~ He thought slipping out of the room and walking downstairs
Jace smiled as he walked into the kitchen, "I can help." he said nodding a little. He chuckled a little, "That is true." he said watching as she got things out for breakfast
Jace watched her for a little bit. He laughed outright at the nickname she had come up with for him. He nodded, "Alright." he said creating a small flame under the pan, melting the butter,
Jace watched her movements smiling a little. He was careful to keep the heat on the pan the same as she made the eggs. He frowned a little as he thought, "No I have not... What are they?" He asked. They sounded a little strange to him
"Okay I can do that." He said nodding. He watched as she got the mix. He had doused the flame from before, he looked down at her and nodded, "Yes I have... Just not with the food you are making."
Jace smiled at her. He shrugged a little, "Its nothing. And being alone isn't as fun as people say it is. " He answered
Jace nodded, "Yeah I have." He said watching her as she made whatever it was she was making. "what is that again?" He asked((btw I love the picture :) ))
((That's awesome))Jace nodded," Got it." He said," alright what do you need me to do." He asked
He nodded a little," okay." He said creating a flame a little bigger and brighter than the last
Jace watched her make each pancake in fascination. He looked up at her when she started talking. he nodded a little as he made the fire go away. "Alright." He said as he watched her put the pancakes and eggs on a plate for himself and for her. he took the plate from her with a smile and sat next to her. "Okay." he said looking at his plate for a second before taking a small bite
Jace tilted his head as he ate," it's different but it is very good." He said taking another bite and looking over at her
Jace nodded a little," that is good that you like to cook and help your mother out.... Serena did that when we lived at home." He said Serena slowly woke up as the sun shone through the window of the guest room
Jace looked over at her and shrugged a little,"considering the way the ship looked when we landed... I do not think we will be able to go home for a while, but I am alright with that." He said. He listened to the thoughts going through her mind as he finished eating," you do not have to be sorry about that. I do not mind that you told me. I just do not want you to pretend that you are fine around me when you and I know that you are not." He said softly looking over at herSerena got up and opened the door of the guest room her brother had closed. She frowned a little then walked to the stairs and went down hearing voices coming from down the stairs
Serena turned at the sound of Ash's voice. She nodded a little," yes I just got up." She said softly," I can tell you did too." She said smiling a littleJace sighed softly," I am not trying to.... It's just a little bit hard not to." He said looking at her profile a little. At that moment he was kind of glad he wasn't on his planet where he knew a lot of people could read minds
