ABANDONED. Book about a woman reincarnated in a womans body that just died.

The book is about a woman who dies. Her soul is reincarnated in a woman who died from a car accident. The woman recovers and goes home to her husband. They were not getting along but now with the new woman "inside" they start to fall in love. She realizes what happens but cannot tell him. It gets angsty, I know he owns a resort somewhere and he goes there to get away. She follows him there.
I do not know who wrote it or when it was written. I read this book about 5 years ago.

That is not the book, sorry, but thanks for the suggestion. I am wondering if the one I am looking for is a Harlequin type.
