Would this just be read the book to review or does it something to do with actual tours?

Many of the events I'm going to be doing are simply review request, no posting necessary. Although, a good number of the books up for review will be with the tours, so signing up as a tour host will give even more book review opportunities.

Oh okay, I haven't really been to a blog tour before though I've heard about them. What would I like have to do?

Ok, no problem :) Blog Tours are set up by coordinators (like myself) or the authors themselves. The goal is to promote a book, in whatever kind of event is chosen. There are cover reveals, release day blasts, events with interviews & promotional material on the book(s), etc. A full review tour typically has several reviews by the bloggers hosting the tour.
If you were a tour host for an event, what would happen would be pretty simple. You'd sign up using a sign up sheet, or responding to an invitation email, sent by your tour service coordinator. Usually there will be options you can choose for what you'd like to have in your post (interviews, reviews, spotlight post, etc). The tour info will have the dates the tour is running, and you can choose the day or days that work best for you.
The coordinator creates a schedule from the sign up sheets, and sends all the hosts a confirmation email with the day they're scheduled for. If you're reviewing, they'll send you the ebook to read and review. Along with that, the coordinator will send the hosts another email with all the info they'll need for their post.
Then, you just put together the post however you want, with the info you signed up to post. You post on the day you're scheduled, and help promote the book. The coordinator will usually promote your stop as well, so it'll bring more traffic, and hopefully followers, to your blog.
Pretty easy- most of it is just copy and paste information, and it's all provided to you by the event coordinator.

Under blog and stuff we put our blog yeah? I know it's a stupid question but I tend to make stupid mistakes.

Yep, under Blog Name, just put your blog title (what you have on your blog header). Where is asks for blog url, just copy and paste the web address for your blog's home page.
