Cerise Hood, but Madeline Hatter is close in second. I hate the show, but Shannon Hale did a good job on the books.

I think Shannon Hale has a lot of imagination, does a good job as a writer and this collection is one of my favorite collections, I first thought it was not like (when I read the prologue and the first chapter) but when I started read everything from the beginning and with calmer loved the book when the second book came out I bought it immediately, I love this collection and I think this book is for adults take much imagination to imagine the characters and the story!

Oh yes, with all my heart. One of the best books I’ve ever read, definitely in my top five favorite book series of all time. But I love anything written by Shannon Hale, she and Brandon Mull are the best modern day authors in my opinion. I’ve always loved fairytales so of course I love it but the story and characters were just so original and lovable that I actually read the first book 38 times in a row while waiting for the next book to come out and yes I counted. I quote from it all the time. I have to admit though that I was very disappointed in the web series which barely followed it at all and was quite cheesy. I’m still sad Shannon only wrote the first four books before passing it off to another author who didn’t do the series justice at all.

My favorite characters are Cerise Hood and Darling Charming. And of course Raven and Apple.
