It's master/salve: tinies are sold in pet shops as slaves/pets. Means you can do to them whatever you want! :D oh and they are naked because... You know.... They are just 3 centimeters tall. I want to be a tiny male :)

The actual story if you don't mind
'Buy a tiny, buy a life' that what the sign say on the door of the pet shop. Yes, pet shop. They are selling tiny people for everyone. Most of the people like it, but not all of them. There is a group called "L.E.G" means "let 'em go". That group of people want to stop that selling of the tinies. "There's no different between sold tinies or black people, for example" say one of the people in the group "just because they're small doesn't mean you can sell them". ((I think your character should be in this group or against it))
