So I had to read the book, Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson, in my English class. It is a great read! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It is meta-fiction and can be confusing from time to time but it is a pretty insightful. It can also, in a way, reflect social expectations in our day and age because it is about a lesbian who group up in the English Pentecostal community.
