I would love to see what Kinsey could do with a cell phone!

I rather have the idea that Sue Grafton would be reluctant to have Kinsey use a cell phone as was Robert Crais with Elvis Cole. It is too often an easy plot device. I would also figure someone of Kinsey's reclusive nature would not like the intrusiveness of a cell pho ne so would keep its use very limited if she had one.
Each case in each book stands alone. The back story of Kinsey's life and her current personal life however unfolds within the pages of the books in order.
I would read them in order and I would read Kinsey and Me first. She tells about why she wrote the books, describes her background and Kinsey's. She writes slightly more than 2 books for each of Kinsey's years of life.
