There are two different versions of this book on Goodreads. One is apparently an audio tape or audio book version. The paperback has missing information.

I have, for the new edition (Nov. 1983), an ISBN number as 0-8499-2973-3. The author is listed only as "Miller" and it should be Keith Miller. There are 198 pages. The cover art is:
