Book cover updates and ones missing

The first 2 are updates the next two are blank.
How do I do this or could someone please help me.

All are on Amazon and Smashwords.

I've gotten the last two covers up for you. For the first 2 updates, I believe you can pick the edition with the cover you wish to feature on your author profile.
