Create Series Help

For a while I've been a member of the librarian group, but there are certain things I can't do. Not sure if that is an error or if there is certain functionality that is blocked??

So I many need your help on this :)

I'm trying to add a series to my book. I don't have all the details yet, but I wanted to stub it out. The tittle for the new book is "GIRLS ARE PLAYERS"

Let me know if I should be able to do this or if there are restrictions and I need your assistance. Thank you so much!

authors can not create series
create the series name in the title, for example : Title (Series, #1)

a librarian can then create the series for you

No problems, fixed. I am not sure if you can edit series, being its author, but this is where you add books.

Can you edit the existing series (yours)?

Authors cannot edit series. This has to do with how series work [on a technical, not philosophical level]; they are not "owned" by an author, and in fact can contain books from multiple authors.

Hello, as an author it seems I cannot create a series for my books: can someone help me with it?

The series title I need to create is "Christmas Criminal Love"

It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.
